Yoga Nidra Sessions Conducted By Dr. Naveen Raina, "Satyanand Research Institute" for 40 Children living in High Risk Situation Age Group 10-16 Yrs

This is to conform that Yoga Nidra sessions were conducted by Dr. Naveen Raina & by Mr. Adinath on 25th January 2014 at Stella Maris School, Vadgaonsheri for the beneficiaries of Sarva Seva Sangh Vadgaonsheri.
40 Children living in high risk situation between age groups 10-16yrs participated in the session. The sessions were both meaningful and relevant for the said children.
The main points in the feedback are following

Helps in concentration.

Sarva Seva Sangh is a registered charitable society involved in the rehabilitation of the Children living in high risk situations, namely the Street and working children, Children living with and affected by HIV/AIDS and children of women in prostitution.

Yoga Nidra Sessions Conducted By Dr. Naveen Raina, "Satyanand Research Institute" for 130 Children living in High Risk Situation Age Group 12-18 Yrs

This is to conform that Yoga Nidra sessions were conducted by Dr. Naveen Raina & by Mr. Adinath on 14th January 2014 at Savitribai Phule PMC hall, Sainikwadi for the beneficiaries of Sarva Seva Sangh Vadgaonsheri.
130 Children living in high risk situation between age groups 12-18 participated in the session. The sessions were both meaningful and relevant for the said children.
The main points in the feedback are following:
Feel relaxed, never knew about it before, Will continue to practice at home.
